When you contact us, submit a form, book a Strategy Session, or become a client, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, information about your goals and interests, and other details you choose to share. If you enroll in coaching, we may collect information needed to deliver your services and manage your account. Payment information may be processed by the payment providers used for your purchase.
We may also collect technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the site. Cookies, pixels, and similar tools may help us operate the website, understand its use, and measure our advertising.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule and manage appointments; provide personal training, nutrition guidance, and coaching; communicate with clients; process transactions; improve our services and website; measure advertising; maintain business records; and protect our business, clients, and website.
We may send emails about an inquiry or services you request. Promotional emails may be sent where permitted, and you can use the unsubscribe link in those emails or contact us to stop them.
Text messaging and SMS consent
If you provide a mobile number on a form, you can separately choose whether to receive non-marketing text messages and marketing text messages from Lifestyle Fitness & Nutrition LLC. The consent boxes are optional and are not selected for you. Providing a phone number or submitting a form by itself does not mean you agreed to receive text messages.
If you select the non-marketing choice, we may text you about your inquiry, Strategy Session, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and coaching services you request or receive. If you separately select the marketing choice, we may text you about our programs, availability, and special offers. We use and record your selections so that we send texts according to the choices you made.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that help us operate our messaging program may process information only to provide those services on our behalf.

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functions, understand website traffic, and measure advertising performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website features.
