Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about getting started with Lifestyle Fitness & Nutrition? Here are the answers we hear most often. If your situation is different, bring it to your Strategy Session.
We’ll talk about your goals, schedule, training experience, and what has made progress difficult to maintain. Trey will recommend a coaching direction, explain what working together could look like, and answer your questions before you decide whether to enroll.
No. One-on-one personal training starts with your current ability. Trey will coach the movements, adjust the plan as you progress, and help you build confidence. Semi-private sessions are generally a better fit once you have some training experience.
One-on-one personal training gives you more hands-on sessions with Trey. Hybrid coaching combines fewer in-person sessions with guided workouts on your own, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins. We’ll recommend the level of support that fits your goals and schedule.
When schedules, experience, and goals fit, an in-person session can include two or three clients training with Trey. Semi-private is an option within hybrid coaching, subject to availability, rather than a separate program you have to choose before we talk.
Nutrition guidance is part of how we support your training and goals. The details depend on the coaching option that fits you; we’ll explain what is included before you enroll.
Lifestyle Coaching is our remote option, especially for clients who have completed an in-person phase and want to keep making progress more independently. It includes training plans, nutrition guidance, and accountability. We can discuss whether it is the right fit for you.
